Lottery’s $177,752 chief marketing officer placed on paid leave The Chief Marketing Officer at the Massachusetts State Lottery has been suspended with pay and without a cause offered.Lottery CMO Edward Farley has been out of the office since early November, according to an agency spokesperson.
