Man pleads guilty to aiming laser pointer at Denver police helicopter DENVER (KDVR) — A 43-year-old Franktown man pleaded guilty this week to a federal count of aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft.Kevin William Adamchak entered the plea under an agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado about events that occurred on March 2. Five adults who lived in the home were displaced.The two-alarm fire was reported by a motorist along northbound Interstate 5, near the interchange with State Route 52 shortly after 3:30 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol logs.
