Albany man pleads guilty in firearm case KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man has pled guilty in a firearm possession case, according to the Ulster County District Attorney's Office. On September 14, Ta-Jon Terry, 27, pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! Terry was indicted by an Ulster County Grand Jury for possessing a loaded .38 caliber revolver, which was recovered along with ammunition on the floor of a Dodge Charger following a traffic stop. Terry is scheduled to be sentenced on November 9.

St. Louis man and juvenile charged with murder and robbery ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is facing charges for a murder that occurred on August 29 in Ferguson, near Glen Owen Drive and Bahama Drive. Officials ID man found dead on Rancho Cucamonga sidewalk The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department has released the name of the man found dead on a Rancho Cucamonga sidewalk Thursday.Achilleus Dink Chan, a 50-year-old transient, was found at about noon on a sidewalk alongside Haven Avenue between Church Street and Town Center Drive, officials said in a news release.
